Our Customer Service Centre is located on the shopping centre’s lower level, at the foot of the east escalators. Customer Service Staff are committed to making Lougheed Town Centre a great place to visit and shop.
Gift Wrapping
- We offer a wide variety of quality wrapping paper for all occasions, assorted tissue paper and ribbons.
Wrap prices: Small $3 | Medium $5 | Large $7 | Extra Large $10 | Over Sized $20 | Patch Jobs $5+
- Loyalty Card
Pick up your own Gift Wrap loyalty card...have 9 gifts wrapped and get the 10th for FREE!
Shopping with Children
Kiddy Cab stroller rentals make shopping with small children easy.
- Single and double strollers.
- Maximum height of child – 3’6”.
- Donation of $2.00 per stroller. All proceeds go to the Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society.
Complimentary Emergency Infant Supplies are available at Customer Service for anyone who has forgotten to bring diapers.
A bottle warming station is located at the back of the Food Court, next to Gourmet Barbeque.

Community Board - Located next to Le Chateau on the lower level. We encourage all community groups to display information of their events and fund-raisers on our Community Board. All postings must be pre-approved and displayed by Customer Service Manager.

Lougheed Gift Card, available in any denomination, starting at $5.00. Redeemable at most retailers in the Centre.
