Shop N' Stroll Fitness
Shop n’ Stroll is a workout that turns your stroller into a portable fitness machine and takes baby along for the ride. Classes consist of power walking combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the mall environment. Time: Every Tuesday, 9:30-10:30am |

Hearts in Motion Mall Walkers ClubSponsored by the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Mall Walkers club enables seniors to get regular physical activity by walking the mall. Lougheed Town Centre sponsors a breakfast for club members three times per year.
