Contest Details: "Fashion Fever" Monthly Makeover

The contest is open to male and female residents of British Columbia 19 years of age or older.
Entry forms will be available only in participating fashion and beauty stores at Lougheed Town Centre. Entry forms must be completely filled out to be eligible to win. One entry per person, per day. Information contained on the entry forms will NOT be used as a future database.
There is no purchase obligation.
Makeover contest runs from March 21 to August 2009. Each month a winning ballot will be drawn at random and the winner will be notified by phone or e-mail. Draw dates are: April 9, May 28, June 23, August 27.
Winner will receive a fashion consultation, new outfit, hairstyle and makeup if applicable, manicure and pedicure, including a $200 service of their choice at Lougheed Laser Centre. Complete makeover is valued at approximately $1,000.
The winner is accompanied by a fashion consultant to Lougheed stores to purchase his/her new outfit.
On "Makeover Day" he/she will be followed with a camera through all the stages of the makeover. A final photograph will be taken once the makeover is complete.
Prize must be accepted as awarded, no cash substitutes, exchanges or returns are available.
Winner will have to answer a skill testing question.
Winner agrees to allow Lougheed Town Centre use of all pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes, at no additional remuneration.
Merchants, employees of Lougheed Town Centre and their family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering this contest, winner accepts all of these contest rules. The decision of the contest organizers is final.
